How Pathfinder Youth Club Works
At SL Pathfinder Youth Club, we are passionate about empowering the youth community of Sri Lanka to
achieve their full potential and build successful futures. Our project model is designed to create a
comprehensive youth club network that covers all Sri Lankan youth who seek career guidance services.
We believe that every young individual deserves the right tools, resources, and support to make
informed decisions about their educational pathways, career pathways and the personal development.
Club Structure and Activities
Youth Club Meetings
Our youth club organizes bi-monthly physical meetings led by certified career practitioners (CCPs) to promote interaction, collaboration, and practical application of knowledge gained from our online sessions. These meetings foster engagement, learning, and personal development, while our regular online sessions, led by industry experts, cover various career development and skill enhancement topics. Together, we provide a comprehensive platform for networking, learning, and growth
Guidance from Certified Career Practitioners
Our dedicated company representative, a certified career practitioner, will be present during the physical youth club meetings. They will provide guidance, support, and mentorship, ensuring that you receive personalized attention. Our career practitioners are experienced professionals who are committed to helping you navigate the complexities of career choices and develop a clear path to success.
Office Bearers and Leadership Roles
SL Pathfinder Youth Club promotes active participation and leadership development among its members. Our club has a structured leadership framework where office bearers are elected from within the club members. These office bearers hold key positions such as President, Vice Presidents for Education, Public Relations, and Members, Treasurer, Secretary, and Sergeant at Arms. They play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating club activities, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all members.
Rotational Leadership Approach
During each youth club meeting, specific members will take on leadership roles, such as Leader of the Day, Career Progress Leader, Soft Skills Leader, Speech Leader, Feedback Leader, Timer, and Ah Counter. This rotational leadership approach encourages teamwork, responsibility, and the development of various essential skills. It provides an opportunity for all members to enhance their leadership abilities and contribute actively to the club's functioning.

Entry Requirements
If you're between the ages of 17 to 26 and eager to explore, plan, and conquer your educational and career pathways, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Annual Payments Cycle for Members
At SL Pathfinder Youth Club, we believe in providing accessible and flexible payment options to
make our program affordable and convenient for all aspiring individuals. Our annual payments
cycle ensures that you can become a member and enjoy the benefits of the club without any
financial burden.
Payment Structure:
- Registration Fee: 1000/= (one-time payment)
- Annual Fee: 15000/= (payable once a year)
- Part Payments: a. First Three Months Payment: 3750/= (due within the first three months) b. Second Three Months Payment: 3750/= (due within the second three months) c. Third Three Months Payment: 3750/= (due within the third three months) d. Fourth and Final Three Months Payment: 3750/= (due within the fourth three months)
Note: The part payments contribute towards the overall annual fee and allow members to pay their fees every three months for flexibility.
